Payment and Collection

Payment System

We use iyzico, Paytr, Param payment infrastructures.

Debit cards, credit cards and gift cards are valid in our payment tools system.

You can pay in cash or in installments using a credit card.

We want your shopping experience to be easy and hassle-free.

You can find product-specific installment options on the payment pages, choose your payment tool and make your payments safely.

Installment payments are subject to additional charges.

Each product category has its own installment restrictions set by the BRSA (Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency).

When you continue with the "Remittance/EFT" option, your order will start to be prepared after completing the payment process (if possible by sending a receipt).

Credit card

You can shop in cash or in installments using a credit card for your orders from Pometop.

You can use credit cards of all banks for cash purchases.

When paying in installments by credit card, the order amount is divided into equal monthly payments and you do not have to pay the entire amount at once.

You can use installment options of up to 12 months for payments you will make by credit card.

When you enter your card information at the payment step, you can take advantage of the specified number of installments when shopping with credit cards belonging to the World, Bonus, Axess, Maximum, CardFinans, BankKart and Paraf card families.

ATM card

You can pay for your orders from Pometop with a debit card.

Debit cards of all banks are valid.

Wire Transfer/EFT

You can pay for your orders from Pometop with the "Money Transfer/EFT" option. Debit cards belonging to all banks are valid.

The financial confirmation of your payments made with the "Remittance/EFT" option is given between 09.00 and 20.30, 7 days a week, within 15-20 minutes of your payment being transferred to our account.

You have to use internet banking for payments made by money order/EFT.

Warranty and Returns

How Does the Warranty and Return Process Work?

You can easily return the product you purchased within 14 days from the day you receive it from the cargo, within the return conditions, by applying to POMETOP.

What are the Product Return Conditions?

In order for the products to be returned within the right of withdrawal, POMETOP is obliged to reimburse all costs within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification regarding the consumer's use of the right of withdrawal according to paragraph 1 of article 12 of the distance sales regulation, within the framework of the return conditions.

The purchased product must be in its original box, unopened and undamaged, with all its complementary accessories, and sent undamaged and complete at the same time, together with the promotional and campaign products given as a gift, if any.
