It will be processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698, in order to manage our legal processes and to provide you with uninterrupted better and reliable service.

In case the party to this Agreement is a natural person, the Customer, if it is a legal person, the Customer's officials, in accordance with the regulation in Article 11 of the Law No. 6698, by applying to Pometop Bilgi Teknolojileri Elektronik Hizmetleri ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, may exercise their rights:

Learning whether personal data is processed or not,

If personal data has been processed, request information about it,

Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,

Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,

Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,

Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data,

In case of correction, deletion or destruction of personal data, requesting the notification of these processes to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

Requests submitted in this context;

You can send your questions and requests regarding your personal data to the Data Controller with a petition prepared in accordance with the conditions specified in the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles, or with the "Pometop Information Technologies Electronic Services and Trade Limited Company Application Form", using the methods below.

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to POMETOP, POMETOP will conclude your request free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest.

7. About the Clarification Text

POMETOP reserves the right to update the text of this Statement on the Protection of Personal Data at any time within the framework of changes that can be made in the current legislation.
